You’ll join our Fitness & Wellbeing vertical where we’ve recently brought together our Boutique Wellness and Health & Fitness business to form a single, global vertical that serves clients around the globe in key markets like the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. We have market-leading software products like Xplor Gym (Membr), Mariana Tek, TrueCoach, Clubware, Resamania and Xplor Recreation designed to help our clients manage and grow their business.
Reporting into the Commercial Director, you’ll play a key role in driving growth for Xplor Gym by acquiring new customers across Australia and Recent Zealand. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demo and close, helping fitness businesses modernize operations and enhance their member experience with our software.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.
- Conduct tailored product demos that address customer pain points and highlight value.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up.
- Identify candidates to migrate from Clubware to Xplor Gym by performing demos and deep dives
- Understand the customer’s business to up-sell products and increase software MRR
- Collaborate with marketing, account management, and implementation to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Represent Xplor Gym at industry events and conferences
For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend 2 days per week in the office and the rest working from home.
