Main Responsibilities:
* Respond to inquiries from couples via various channels.
* Conduct in-depth consultations to understand couples' needs, preferences, and budget.
* Curate vendor recommendations based on specific criteria.
* Provide expert guidance on wedding planning timelines, etiquette, and trends.
* Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
* Onboard new vendors and ensure their profiles are up-to-date.
* Promote vendor services to couples.
* Address vendor inquiries and resolve any issues.
* Stay informed about new vendor offerings and industry trends.
Supporting Administrative Tasks:
* Assist in developing and maintaining concierge resources and materials.
* Contribute to the company blog and social media channels.
* Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
* Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales and Marketing team.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in the wedding industry.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
* Passion for weddings and a genuine desire to help couples create their dream day.
* A strong network of wedding industry contacts is an advantage.
* Previous experience as a wedding planner, designer, or similar is desired.
