CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Business Partnership Manager to join our team in Osborne Park, WA. You will be responsible for new business development and service to clients across the Western Australia. The desired outcome being to meet and exceed sales targets for the region.
About the Role:
This position is all about partnerships, strategy, and new business. With recruitment and admin functions handled by specialist teams, you'll be free to focus on building relationships, securing new clients, and expanding our presence across industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain a portfolio of clients who require ongoing support in areas of temporary and permanent staffing.
* Strengthen existing client relationships by maintaining regular contact.
* Win new business through prospecting via phone, email and in person, promoting Celotti Workforce's range of staffing (labour hire and recruitment) solutions.
* Identify opportunities for new business through networking, attending industry events, reading broadly and keeping generally aware of industry activity and developments in the region.
* Meet and exceed previous year's sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Preferable experience in sales and establishing/maintaining client relationships.
* Preferable career background in either labour‑hire, recruitment, human resources or technical/industrial sales.
* Knowledge of/experience in oil & gas, mining, engineering, construction, FIFO‑work and/or logistics/manufacturing sector.
* Local knowledge of and network in Western Australia
* Intermediate computer skills in use of MS Word, Excel & Outlook and the Internet, and exposure to applications such as Recruitment or CRM databases.
* Exposure to on‑site Workplace Health and Safety systems and procedures.
* Confident in managing a sales pipeline and building long‑term client relationships
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a high‑performing team
* Current Driver's License
