About the Role
This position is focused on providing exceptional administrative support to senior management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Administrative Support
o Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior directors.
o Maintain office equipment and supplies in excellent condition.
o Monitor and manage email and phone communications to ensure timely responses.
o Develop and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
o E nsure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
o Liaise with key stakeholders through regular meetings and updates.
* Client Management
o Manage client documentation and information to ensure accuracy and up-to-date status.
o Conduct thorough client intakes and complete all necessary onboarding documentation.
o Foster strong relationships with clients and their families through regular check-ins.
* Rostering and Recruitment
o Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement rosters for clients and staff.
o Support the recruitment process by assisting with hiring new staff members.
* Additional Responsibilities
o Be available to cover shifts as needed to support clients and understand their needs.
o Assist in planning group activities and events that promote client engagement.
