Key Responsibilities: Manage leasing activities for a growing portfolio of retail shopping centres and large format Negotiate leases and build strong relationships with retailers, landlords, and agents. Identify and secure new tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates. Provide market insights and leasing recommendations. Collaborate with property management and marketing teams. Ideal Candidate: 2-3 years of sales and leasing experience Experience in retail leasing, however open to commercial and industrial Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
