Job Description
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile bank statements and financial records on a regular basis.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and transactions.
Support the Accounting & Finance team with administrative tasks as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Respond to internal and external queries regarding financial matters.
Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Accounts Clerk Should Have
Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Experience in the retail industry or a similar environment.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
