Delivering exceptional customer experiences is at the heart of being a Sales Assistant. You will build strong relationships with customers, recognize their loyalty and provide expert fashion advice in a professional manner.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service
* Build rapport with regular customers
* Recognize and reward loyal customers
* Maintain visual displays and support store operations
You will work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends. Opportunities exist to gain experience across different areas of the store such as sales floor, front counter, fitting room assistance and stockroom duties.
