OverviewWe are currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to provide leadership in the management of projects and program workstreams for a significant multi-year business transformation program of work.Reporting into the Program Director, this 18-month Project Management contract will take a hands-on approach with delivering a broad range of compliance deliverables, driving engagement and communication to help build the required relationships and deliver complex and incremental change.
This role will play a key role within the PMO and will be responsible for the timely delivery of milestones and the tracking of risks, dependencies, and issues.
You will use, and support the improvement of, key project documentation, and the management of stakeholder relationships to ensure quality business outcomes and goals are achieved.ResponsibilitiesDeliver a broad range of compliance deliverables for a significant multi-year transformation program.Take a hands-on approach to project management, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.Track risks, dependencies, issues, and actions; manage project documentation.Engage and communicate with stakeholders to build relationships and drive complex and incremental change.Support PMO processes and improve project documentation where needed to ensure quality outcomes.QualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record in delivering projects within complex, progressive organizations, ideally large programs/projects.Experience managing project timelines, risks, actions, issues, and other key project documentation.Experience in risk or financial crime transformation is highly regarded.Understanding of project/program management techniques and methods; experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA is beneficial.Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to plan ahead and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.Proficient in MS Office with high-level MS Excel skills (MS Project and Visio preferred).
