What you’ll be doing
* Acting as the senior partner for clients - trusted to solve problems and deliver impact
* Leading campaigns from concept through to execution across multiple channels
* Managing and mentoring account service staff, supporting their growth and performance
* Working closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver outstanding work
* Keeping projects on track - managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring quality
* Identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and accounts
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years’ experience in a creative, marketing, or integrated agency
* Experience leading large accounts and multi-channel campaigns
* Strong commercial awareness – able to manage budgets and spot opportunities
* Confident communicator who can influence and inspire both clients and teams
* A proactive, collaborative mindset – solutions-focused and ready to lead
