Job Title: Operation and Logistics Manager
The Service Execution Leader role involves overseeing yard, inventory, and stock management. This includes:
* Conducting regular pipe inspections to ensure compliance with Quality Management requirements.
* Facilitating logistics and material handling operations by planning and executing the loading and unloading of associated goods.
* Verifying tube inventory and maintaining a safe working environment within the facility.
* Managing third-party companies and service providers to ensure they adhere to customer and quality requirements.
* Taking ownership of QHSE compliance for the entire facility, ensuring continuous improvement through safety observations and risk assessments.
* Actioning maintenance-related matters for plant and equipment, including planning and executing maintenance activities for inventory.
* Maintaining loaders/forklifts in a safe and operational condition, adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
Additionally, the Service Execution Leader plays a key role in managing the invoicing process by assisting customers during document issuance, providing accurate information, and revising invoice flows as necessary.
