Aila Restaurant & Bar in Highett is on the hunt for a FOH Supervisor.
You will have previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry. Ultimately you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly with solid leadership and excellent customer service skills. Experience in making coffee and working behind the bar will be highly desirable. You are someone who can lead by example as well as mentor and train staff. We are looking for someone who can achieve guest satisfaction creating positive experiences for our customers.
To start mid-September
You will have the following:
*Flexibility to work day/night shifts
*Have full working rights
*RSA certificate
*Be fluent in English (Reading and writing)
