Getta Betta Cairns is a busy, fast-paced new fast-food restaurant, and we're looking for a hands-on Store Manager who leads from the front and isn't afraid to jump on the floor during peak service.
This is an operational, on-the-tools leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume fast food, enjoys being part of the action, and sets the standard by example.

About the role
This is a hands-on fast food management role, where you will:
* Run day-to-day operations in a high-volume QSR environment
* Actively work on the floor during busy periods (service, problem-solving, coaching)
* Lead, train, and develop a fast-paced team
* Manage rosters, labor targets, and wage control
* Oversee stock ordering, delivery checks, and waste management
* Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
* Drive a strong, accountable team culture

What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fast food / QSR
* Proven experience running busy services, not just supervising
* Comfortable being hands-on during rush periods
* Strong people leadership and communication skills
* Confident with KPIs, labor, and cost control
* Reliable, resilient, and calm under pressure
* Available for weekends, nights, and peak trading periods
