We're partnering with a rapidly growing hospitality organisation entering its next phase of expansion. With new venues, evolving operating models and increasing leadership demand, we're seeking a Head of Learning & Development to build scalable, high-impact learning frameworks that support growth.
This is a senior, influential role for a learning leader who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced QSR or multi-site hospitality environments and understands how to enable performance through people.
The Role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will:
* Lead and execute a group-wide L&D strategy aligned to business growth and expansion plans
* Build scalable learning solutions to support new venue openings, operational excellence and leadership pipelines
* Design and embed learning frameworks across frontline, shift leaders, managers and senior leaders
* Partner closely with operations to ensure learning is practical, commercial and impact-driven
* Oversee onboarding, compliance and capability programs across a growing workforce
* Lead, coach and develop the internal L&D function and external partners
* Use data and insights to track capability uplift, engagement and performance outcomes
About You
You're a commercially minded learning leader who enjoys building structure in growing organisations.
You'll bring:
* Proven experience in a senior L&D leadership role within QSR, quick-service, retail or high-volume hospitality (QSR experience strongly preferred)
* Experience supporting rapid growth, multi-site operations or new market expansion
* Strong capability in leadership development, frontline training and learning design at scale
* The ability to balance strategic vision with hands‐on delivery
* Confidence influencing executive, operational and frontline stakeholders
* A practical, agile mindset suited to fast-paced environments
