The Role
Working collaboratively with the Store Manager, you’ll lead a high performing team focused on delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors’ values; LEADERSHIP, CARE, ACCOUNTABILITY, TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION. Your day to day will involve leading by example, developing your team through hands on coaching, driving operational excellence, and fostering a strong, positive culture within your store.
Requirements
* Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, confidently coaching a team to achieve strong results
* Commitment in delivering the Ultimate Retail Experience
* A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results driven mindset
* True LEADERSHIP, not defined by a title, but by the impact you have on people and outcomes
