We are seeking an experienced Senior Completions Administrator for an Owners team vacancy working on multiple Green Energy/Renewables projects.
This is a Perth (eastern suburbs) based role and 8-month contract, with an attractive hourly rate on offer.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Promote safety within commissioning activities and verify that safety procedures are implemented and followed
2. Lead and Manage CMS Administration direct reports
3. Manage development of plans and procedures related to Completions Management
4. Responsible for ensuring correct population the Systems Completions Database by agreed hierarchy i.e. System, Sub-System, Discipline, Tagged Item. Tracking and Reporting of construction and commissioning status of the project, ensure that daily progress reports are generated and accurate.
5. Issue daily, weekly, and monthly Completion reports, including Tracker (RFC, NOE, PSSR and Punchlist Items)
6. Assist in the development of Quality and Assurance inspection Plans, Inspections and Test Records
7. Manage data population of Completion Management Database, validation, and maintaining the integrity of the database.
8. Assist and help coordinate completion of deliverables in readiness for RFC, NOE and PSSR including facilitating formal punchlist walkdowns and punchlist management via the CMS with key \ stakeholders
9. Assist and help to facilitate preparation of CCC handovers
Your Experience:
10. Minimum 5 years experience in Completions Leadership role
11. Proficient in Excel, Word and outlook
12. Demonstrate experience in working with Completion Management Systems (CMS)
13. Ability to Decision Quality make good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, experience and
14. judgment, and in a timely manner
15. Ability to build effective relationships with people at all levels of the organization and external stakeholders, using diplomacy and tact
