You will engage with a diverse range of technologies, clients, and individuals, gaining invaluable knowledge along the way.We are Sigmatech, serving small businesses in various professional services industries for over 15 years, focused on providing the best IT experience while supporting our team's well-being.Hours are typically full-time, with some flexibility as needed.
The majority of work is remote, with occasional on-site visits for installations and upgrades.ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day remote helpdesk technical support for managed IT service customers, including provisioning and supporting internet, telephones, computers, networks, servers, cloud systems, and software licensing.
Most work is remote from home; occasional on-site visits are required for deployments and upgrades.
Project work includes new customer onboarding, system upgrades, and deployments.QualificationsIn addition to the above, applicants must have:At least 1 year experience in a Managed IT Services role, or similar small business IT roleExperience supporting: Windows Desktop & applicationsWindows Server, Active Directory, File & PrintOffice 365Quiet, private location to work from home within Greater Brisbane.
(We will supply your computer equipment)Open driver's license and vehicle for occasional on-site work in Brisbane and surroundsAbout the RoleWork from home (WFH).
Full time 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility as needed.
Day-to-day work consists of remote helpdesk support for our managed IT service customers.
We supply and support their internet, telephones, computers, networks, servers, cloud systems, and software licensing.
The majority of work is remote, but you will attend customer premises for new installations and upgrades.
