WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you :
* are a fully qualified Australian / NZ patent attorney with a minimum of 6 months' PLUS post-qualification experience [up to seniorlevel] OR a trainee patent attorney [currently studying to become qualified];
* have a degree or higher qualification in ENGINEERING [electrical, mechanical, biomedical, aeronautical, telecommunications and / or computer engineering] SCIENCE [Chemistry or Physics and / or IT / / COMPUTER SCIENCE];
* have hands-on experience in prosecuting / drafting mechanical patents [essential] and some opposition experience [preferable];
* have strong technical, analytical + communication / people skills + strong commercial acumen;
