About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated person to take responsibility for the day to day management of all aspects of our business. You will be at the front line in helping our customers get the best from the solutions we deliver.
Responsibilities
Account Management
- Take responsibility for managing all Brightfox customers across the portfolio, including BrightfoxCRM and TranzMate.
- Respond to issues as they arise in a proactive manner to ensure our customer receive the highest level of service.
- Implement and manage an active customer engagement and support model ensuring we proactively assure our customer maximise value from their subscriptions.
Sales and Marketing
- Respond to customer enquiries and carry out sales pitches and demo’s across our product suite. This will require an indeth understanding of the benefits of our products in the verticals we target. You will prepare proposals and quotes as required for these opportunities.
- Implement and manage an active marketing campaign across our web sites, social media, SEM, EDM’s and Events. You will also work with the Managing Director to implement an outboard marketing strategy to generate leads for the business.
Project Management
- As the senior operations person in the business, you will work with the Tech Manager to ensure we have a productive work schedule that delivers on our promises - to both internal and external customers.
- You will oversee production to ensure our technical specifications are prepared in accordance with our established procedures, and that we produce quote products in accordance with those specifications.
- Whilst we generally develop our own products, we will from time to time complete projects for clients, at which time you will closely monitor projects to ensure we deliver them profitability and as per the customers requirements.
- You will oversee along with the tech manager our production workflow and the scheduling of work to our team.
Support
- You will take responsibility of delivery of support to our customers, including onboarding new clients and training.
- This will include managing the support queue and addressing customer issues as they arise.
Skills and experience
Most importantly, you must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid ongoing relationships with our clients.
You do not need formal IT qualifications, but you do need a good understanding of IT solutions. Prior exposure to Property/Real Estate, Software/Apps, and/or Programming experience will be highly regarded.
You will be joining a small and successful team, so being self driven, professional and having excellent time management is essential.

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday with hours 8.30am to 5:00pm.
