About the role
Chandler Macleod is working with Tier 1 Iron Ore producer to source an Electrical Coordinator for a major brownfields mine construction project. This role is offered on a rolling 12 month contract basis and is an 8:6 FIFO roster ex Perth. Oversee contractor performance, ensure compliance with standards, and drive safe and timely delivery of construction activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist with coordinating all engineering activities for the defined area of responsibility for the full project lifecycle
* Manage on-site project implementation
* Coordinate contractors and site teams, including engagement, support and performance
* Support reporting on cost, quality, and safety
* Ensure compliance with HSEQ and CMS standards
* Monitor schedules and identify improvements
* Support QA/QC and verify ITP/FIC
* Compile punch lists and assist commissioning
* Verify contractor timesheets and daily logs
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Electrical trade Qualification
* WA Electrical licence
* Minimum three years coordinating/supervisory experience on brownfield construction/fabrication projects in the mining industry
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Experience coordinating multi-discipline projects
* Great communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and SAP is highly desirable
* Section 26 Certification approved by DMIRS
* Manual driver's licence
* Police clearance
* Full Australian Working Rights
