Thomasz is a growing construction company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Perth. We specialise in efficient project delivery, strong workmanship, and maintaining safe, well-managed worksites.
With an expanding pipeline of projects, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of residential and commercial builds.
The Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day operations on site, coordinating trades, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards across projects.
You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest construction standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily site operations across residential and commercial projects
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
* Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, building codes, and project specifications
* Monitor project timelines and maintain site schedules
* Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
* Maintain safe work practices and enforce site safety procedures
* Manage site logistics including deliveries, materials, and equipment
* Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimise delays
* Maintain accurate site reports and documentation
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman in construction
* Experience in residential and/or commercial construction
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and Australian building standards
* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project timelines
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
Requirements
* Construction White Card
* Current Driver's Licence
* Relevant trade qualification or building background (preferred)
* First Aid and Supervisor certifications (advantageous)
