Responsibilities
* Drive a customer‐focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
* Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
* Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad
* Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs
* Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back‐of‐house administration
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff
* Supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets
* Attention to detail, passion for styling and visual merchandising
* Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
