Available Role
Site Administrator (Full-Time | FIFO | Perth WA)
Support our Village Manager and on-site leaders to ensure continuity of service to client and residents.
Your Responsibilities Include
* Provide an outstanding guest experience as the first point of contact in the village
* Ensure a smooth check in / out experience
* Booking of flights
* Provide accurate cleaning runs to the housekeeping staff
* Maintain an accurate resident occupancy register
* Resolve resident queries promptly
* Submit maintenance requests in a timely manner
* Assist and support the project manager with administrative duties
* Assist in other areas of the village as required e.g. tavern and catering
We're Looking For Candidates With
* Minimum 1 year previous FIFO experience in an accommodation administration role
* Familiar with platforms similar to INX, SAMS, Success Factor
* Exceptional interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
* Valid and current Australian driver's licence
* RSA Certificate
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
* Can provide a National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
* Unrestricted Australian Work Rights
* Attention to detail
* Manages time effectively
* Ability to prioritise
To be considered, you must have or be willing to obtain:
* Must have a valid Australian Driver's License
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
* A recent National Police Check - or willing to obtain (3months validity)
* Have a current Food Safety Certificate
* Have a current WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willing to obtain
