Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the company's IT strategy, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
* Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
* Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
* Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
* Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.

Required Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Senior IT Manager, IT Director, or similar leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity best practices.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving results.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in IT project management and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus).
