The Maintenance Coordinator (Help Desk Operator) is a key role within the delivery of the facility management services for the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment (FHR) project. The role is responsible for ensuring that the Hard FM Services are delivered in a way that complies with contractual requirements, legislative / statutory requirements and industry best practice. This role requires effective communication with relevant Honeywell staff and sub-contractors, as well as the Hospital operator and their stakeholders to ensure tasks recorded and allocated efficiently, and maintenance (either reactive or planned) occurs in accordance with given requirements. This role is required to work on a permanent PM shift starting at 12pm and running through to 8pm on weekdays. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and helpdesk operations on a day-to-day basis ensuring that the services are delivered in a timely, compliant manner, and to the highest standard Coordinate of complex work in the system and in the operations delivery Communicate and coordinate to client and Honeywell subcontractors Delivers a comprehensive reactive maintenance service to minimise outages, unreliability and impacts to the Facility Accurately and efficiently records issues and events within the system Answer phones and be the front line for clients and support Key Experience & Capabilities: Trade or Tertiary qualifications Experience within dynamic, high-pressure environment Minimum 5 years’ experience in a highly complex building services environment or health care industry is highly advantageous Business Acumen Ability to understand, interpret and comply with contracts and contractual requirements Hazard and risk assessments Australian and state based HSE legislation and compliance Ability to use Microsoft office suite Strong commitment to customer satisfaction Strong communication, both verbal and written Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision Committed to work on 12pm - 8pm shift onsite during weekdays Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
