Key Responsibilities

* Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
* Manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations where necessary.
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a HR Advisor or Generalist role.
* Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
