What You'll Do:

* An integral member of the sales and marketing team, delivering exceptional support services that contribute to the success of Brett Harvey Designs & Constructions
* Front of house reception; with warm, friendly, and helpful assistance to customers, visitors and the team, creating an inviting environment and positive experience
* Maintain proactive, polite, and polished communication standards, including planning and prioritising tasks and actions that ensure timely and efficient support services
* General office administration support, including but not limited to; office supplies, stationery, mail, visitor enquiries coordination, and cleaning maintenance schedules
* Maintain accurate knowledge of products and service offerings across each project, including house & land packages and home building services
* Support the creation and monitoring of listing platforms, ensuring accurate sale inventory details, pricing, optimum presentation and performance
* Organised central folder management of brochures, masterplans, artistic renders, photography, videography, drone aerials and overlays, and general listing content
* Accurate and timely record keeping and data entry, folder management and document control that supports the Sales CRM and Inventory management system and process


What You'll Bring:

* Desire and passion for a successful career in the New home construction industry
* Preferred, but not essential is at least two years prior experience in a similar sales function or administrative support role
* Similar experience in industries or fields such as : real estate, home building, automotive, legal, finance, accounting, local or state government, will be considered highly
* A confident team player capable of proactively contributing to the teams performance through constructive feedback, ideas and action planning, particularly in group settings
* Immaculate personal presentation, maintained to the highest professional standards appropriate and relevant for the role and industry
* High attention to detail, strong planning, organisation and prioritisation ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and ownership of performance in a diverse fast paced environment
* Excellent negotiation skills, with an analytical mindset and problem‑solving capabilities
* Experienced use of systems and programs like Microsoft Office 365 apps, Framework, Property Shell, Sales CRM's, EziPlans,
*, Domain or similar is considered highly
* Current Australian Drivers Licence
