Be among the first 25 applicants. A well-established global company is searching for a Payroll Officer to join their team. This role will be working as part of an established payroll team using iChris.
As a key member of the Finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for the employees.
Responsibilities
End-to-end payroll processing on a fortnightly payroll
Entering new starters through to payment and terminations
Calculating superannuation, leave entitlements, and award interpretation
Review of the Time & Attendance Data feed
Leave calculations including parental, long service, annual, sick, and workers' compensation
Reconciliation of superannuation and payroll tax
Assisting with payroll queries and inquiries as required
Qualifications and Skills
3+ years of experience in payroll processing
Strong understanding of payroll legislation and regulations
Proficiency in Chris 21 or iChris
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
