This role is based in Perth, Western Australia.
As a Consultant, you will lead the implementation of Prophix's Corporate Performance Management software with various clients across Australia and the rest of the world.
The Consultant would work independently and would take ownership of the quality and success of the Prophix deployment.The Consultant would own solution design and execute the project deliverables to the satisfaction of the client on each account they are a part of.
This would include working onsite both locally and interstate travel or remotely with the client team to build out their Prophix solution.
They would focus their efforts on larger sized projects and work under a Manager, Professional Services.
Successful applicants will receive tremendous experience in project management, customer management and the consulting processes.What You Will DoLead Successful ImplementationsOwn solution design, configuration, and delivery for multiple concurrent Prophix projects.Translate client financial processes into effective system designs and modelling structures.Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high quality standard in alignment with PS methodologyDrive Client Adoption & SatisfactionTrain and enable end users to confidently adopt the solution.Build trusted client relationships and maintain satisfaction scores of 8/10 or higher.Partner with clients throughout the implementation to ensure measurable business value is achievedManage Projects with Execution ExcellencePlan and manage tasks, timelines, risks, and communication across stakeholders.Maintain a minimum 70% billable utilization rate while balancing multiple engagementsCollaborate & Contribute to Team GrowthWork closely with Sales, Support, and fellow Consultants to deliver a seamless client experience.Share knowledge, contribute to templates and best practices, and participate in internal initiativesDevelop and Maintain Technical ExpertiseStay current with the latest Prophix features, financial modelling techniques, and implementation best practices.Continuously expand your skills across finance, systems, and analytics toolsWhat You Will BringAt Prophix, curiosity, adaptability, and diverse perspectives matter.
