About the Role
The Primary Way is seeking a highly organised and proactive Receptionist to manage front-of-house operations and support day-to-day administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in both customer service and sales.
You will be the first point of contact for parents and students, while also playing a key role in managing enquiries, maintaining records, and converting leads into enrolments.
Working hours typically commence from 1:30pm through to the end of the last class (approximately 8:00pm), with flexible weekday shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage front desk operations and warmly greet students and parents.
* Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
* Actively follow up leads and convert enquiries into enrolments.
* Maintain and update student records using spreadsheets and internal systems.
* Process payments and manage basic financial administration.
* Coordinate class schedules and support daily operations.
* Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience at all times.
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in reception, administration, or an education centre environment.
* Strong communication skills with confidence in speaking to parents and handling enquiries.
* Proven ability or strong willingness to engage in sales and convert leads.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Professional, reliable, and takes pride in their work.

Remuneration & Progression
