Clinical Lead in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services

As a Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that is recovery-oriented and trauma-informed.
* You will be responsible for assessing referrals and contacts, gathering relevant information, and determining an effective response pathway.
* You will prioritise contacts and referrals based on individual needs and presenting risks, working closely with the care team to ensure timely responses.
You will also provide comprehensive community-based mental health services, including conducting assessments, mental state examinations, risk assessments, and formulating management plans.
In addition, you will actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, deliver thorough handovers of referrals, and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Degree in Nursing or related field.
* Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work).
* Significant experience in child and adolescent mental health services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
