The Role 
This role provides critical executive support to senior leaders. It will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a quick-paced setting. 
Responsibilities include: 
Preparing and formatting reports, agendas, and presentations 
Coordinating internal meetings and tracking action items 
Acting as a liaison between teams and departments 
Supporting business processes and ad hoc projects 
Diary, meeting, and travel coordination 
General administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations 
About You 
You will be confident, efficient, and have a proactive mindset. Ideally, you’ll bring: 
Prior experience as an EA, PA, or Senior Administrator 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability 
High proficiency across Microsoft Office programs 
Ability to juggle tasks and work independently
