A senior interior designer role requires a client-facing role where you will lead projects end-to-end, from concept through to delivery within a fast-paced D&C environment.
We're partnering with a leading design & construct (D&C) commercial fit-out business to appoint a Senior Interior Designer with a proven track record in workplace environments.
You'll work closely with clients, project managers, and construction teams to deliver high-quality, commercially viable workplace solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead workplace interior projects from concept to completion
* Develop creative, functional design solutions aligned with client briefs
* Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design documentation
* Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and site teams
* Manage client relationships and present design concepts confidently
* Coordinate consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
* Ensure designs are buildable, on budget, and aligned with programme
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' experience in commercial workplace design
* Strong D&C / fit-out project experience (essential)
* Proven ability to run projects and manage clients
* Excellent space planning and concept design skills
* Strong documentation capability (AutoCAD / Revit)
* Experience working alongside construction teams
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
