About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Rosters & Administration Officer, for our Orange Branch, to be based in our Orange Office. The role is responsible for the day-to-day rostering requirements for a variety of service models, programs, and locations.
· Responsible for producing rosters across multiple service models, programs & locations that meet individual client service requests, providing flexibility and continuity of service delivery
· Manage rostering and workforce efficiency in accordance and compliance with participant NDIS funding and Plans and NDIS Price Guide and relevant employment and SCHADS award obligations
· Respond to short notice roster/shift changes, including cancellations, allocations and replacements from both participants and support workers
· Maintaining rostering records with NPDS Internal CRM rostering software and connected apps ensuring data is accurate and up to date
· Assist with maintaining CRM rostering software records for participant and staff, ensuring compliance with NPDS policy & procedures for required intake & onboarding documentation, including monitoring, reviewing & updating of compliance requirements
· Assist with processing timesheets in accordance with NPDS payroll timeframes and process to ensure accuracy of wages and entitlements
· Monitor and report on rostering trends, recommended system improvements and process efficiencies
· Maintain positive relationships and engagement with participants, families, carers, support workers and external stakeholders and other services
About You
· Minimum 2 years working experience in similar role, with demonstrated rostering experience
· Working experience within the NDIA and Disability Sector highly desirable
· Well-developed communication skills, with ability to engage positively with participants and support workers
· Outstanding time management skills, ability to prioritise, with an eye for detail, and ability to think on your feet to problem solve
· Demonstrated administration experience, IT & computer savvy, with ability to use and maintain NPDS internal CRM software and connected apps, Email, MS Office (Word, Excel)
· Willingness and flexibility to actively participate in On Call

· NDIS Worker Screening – Current National Police Check & WWC
· NDIS Worker Training Modules
· Valid Driver's License and Own Vehicle
