Our center is designed to be a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement engaging and educational programs tailored to the needs and interests of children.Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that supports positive interactions and relationships with children, families, and colleagues.Observe and document children's progress and development, and use this information to plan and adjust educational activities.Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the center and contribute to a positive workplace culture.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.Qualifications & Experience:Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
Working with Children Check and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
