About the Role
This dynamic opportunity is perfect for an individual who can effectively interpret and sell parts to customers, source required parts for our service team, and undertake stock management, administration, and other related duties.
* Knowledge of agricultural and/or truck parts
* Excellent customer service skills, sales acumen, strong communication and teamwork abilities, problem-solving, and good organisational and computer skills
* Forklift licence (desired)
* Automotive sales qualification (desired)
* Case, New Holland, Kenworth, or DAF parts knowledge (desired)
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing exceptional customer experience and selling parts to customers
2. Ensuring accurate identification of vehicle make, model, and variation for parts requests
3. Developing in-depth understanding of inventory and leveraging that knowledge to enhance customer purchasing opportunities
4. Efficiently processing payments and preparing invoices
5. Securing required parts and coordinating dispatch arrangements
