The Team: Home Care South is a agile and client-focused team within the Department of Health (Tasmania), dedicated to delivering high-quality in-home support services across Southern Tasmania. Our primary mission is to support frail older people and younger people with disabilities to remain safely and independently in their homes and communities, in line with the Charter of Aged Care Rights and the Aged Care Quality Standards.
