Casa Ceramica is a proudly Family & Australian-owned, design-led tile and stone specialist with 30+ years. We supply premium porcelain, natural stone, mosaics, Moroccan Zellige and more, supporting both retail and trade clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and run showroom consultations
* Guide clients through tile/stone selections (style, function, budget, timelines)
* Build relationships with homeowners, builders and designers
* Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage customer enquiries
* Follow up leads and ensure smooth customer experience from selection to order
* Maintain showroom presentation (clean, organised, inspiring displays)
* Assist with special requests and day-to-day showroom operations
About You
* Sales experience or a confident, motivated people-person with strong communication skills
* Professional, friendly, and able to build rapport quickly
* Organised, proactive, and reliable (you follow through)
* Comfortable with computers, POS and digital order systems
* Physically able to handle tile samples and showroom displays
* Enjoys interiors/design and helping customers make decisions
