Early Childhood Education Team Manager

About the role:
* Lead, manage, and motivate staff to achieve objectives.
* Assist with mentoring employees.
* Foster lifelong skills in children through approved curriculum.
* Maintain high-quality practice of the National Quality Framework.
* Ensure accurate records for each child in care.
The successful candidate will have specialist support from a diverse team, drive community engagement, and prioritize children's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Management: Lead a team of educators and assistants.
* Child Development: Support children's growth through play-based learning.
* Communication: Build relationships with families and stakeholders.
* Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain high standards of care and education.
What You'll Need:
* Cert IV in Children's Services
* Experience in Early Childhood Education
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Able to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
