Learning and Development (Full time/ Permanent)

Learning and Development Consultant – RAAI – Adelaide

About the role

- Collaborate with key stakeholders and peers to understand business objectives and ensure training initiatives align with knowledge management, quality practices, projects, and BAU changes.
- Perform Training Needs Analysis to define, develop and maintain training programs.
- Deliver interactive, technology‑enhanced training to support effective learning transfer and role competency across member services.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders by facilitating clear communication, ensuring alignment on project goals, and promptly addressing concerns to enhance collaboration and project success.
- Continuously develop knowledge in the Learning and Development field to ensure we are using best practice approaches.

About you

- Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (mandatory).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training and coaching across multiple mediums—including face‑to‑face, virtual, e‑learning, and self‑guided formats—in an adult learning environment.
- Effective stakeholder management demonstrated through relationship‑building, clear communication, goal alignment, and proactive issue resolution to achieve successful outcomes.
- Highly skilled in Articulate Storyline 360 (mandatory) and building digital learning including simulations.
- Experience using Vyond or Camtasia to build and produce instructional videos.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
