Event Experience Manager
The role of an Event Experience Manager involves overseeing the delivery of exceptional client experiences across various functions and events.
* Managing events across multiple spaces
* Receiving briefings from Venue and Event Coordinators prior to the event
* Delivering outstanding client experiences, including cocktail parties, conferences, and sit-down dinners
* Overseeing all service-related aspects of the function, from setup to pack down
* Supervising a team of experienced event staff
* Acting as the client liaison throughout the event
To excel in this role, you should have:
* Minimum 6 months to 1-year experience in a similar position, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* A passion for delivering amazing events and extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings
* Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
* Valid RSA certification
