Senior Sales Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Perth metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving incremental sales improvements and promoting our Trade Loyalty Program.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing leadership and inspiration to the team through effective coaching and training. They will also maintain health and safety standards, drive business growth, and provide exceptional customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years' experience in a retail or service environment, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. You will also require the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.

This full-time management role involves working 10 days and 76 hours over a fortnight, including every second weekend. You will have the flexibility to be based anywhere within the Perth metropolitan area.
