As a Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.
Key responsibilities
* Put the customer first by providing exceptional service, product knowledge and a seamless POS transaction.
* Utilise tools to keep up to date with the latest products and share knowledge with customers.
* Contribute to smooth store operations through effective stock management and loss prevention.
* Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards.
* Live and role‐model the Country Road Group values, collaborating with the store team to deliver results.
