The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural principles, a keen eye for design and detailing, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.ResponsibilitiesRun and manage projects from concept to completion.Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and detailed plans.Prepare architectural drawings, documentation, and presentations.Coordinate with consultant information, liaise with suppliers, contractors and other key stakeholders.Ensure that designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and client requirements.Contribute to project meetings and provide input on design strategies and solutions.Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.Minimum 5 years of professional experience post graduation in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite.Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Architectural experience in retail and commercial projects is highly desirable, but not necessary.What We OfferCompetitive salary packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA collaborative, supportive and creative work environmentEngaging and diverse projects that challenge and inspireHow to ApplyTo be considered, you must attach a Cover letter, CV and Design portfolio.
