Kate Coultas is searching for a detail-oriented and dynamic experienced Sales Administrator to join her high-performing team. As the Sales Administrator, you will be pivotal in overseeing campaign management, compliance, client relations, and marketing initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management: You will manage all aspects of Kate's sales campaigns. This includes conducting thorough campaign reviews and audits to ensure compliance, preparing and coordinating the delivery of pre-listing packages, and crafting compelling listing proposals. You will oversee the photography process, attend photoshoots, and create advertisement text. Additionally, you will manage the execution of our property and profile marketing strategies.
2. Daily Operations: Running the daily team meetings is a core task. You will ensure that all tasks are allocated, in progress, or completed. You will also collate and report the team's monthly numbers. This role requires a keen eye for detail.
3. Client Relations: You will maintain strong relationships with past and current clients. This involves sending out annual checkup invitations to past clients, coordinating settlement gifts, and managing activities for settlement day. You will also prepare and manage auction day contracts and liaise with buyer and vendor solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
4. Database & Marketing: Maintaining and cleaning the client database is essential. You will execute targeted marketing campaigns in our core areas and manage our social media strategy. Creating engaging newsletter content and ensuring effective communication with our database are also key responsibilities.
5. Team Support: Supporting the team includes overseeing diary management to optimise scheduling and time efficiency. Your organisational skills will ensure that all team members are supported effectively and that the operations run smoothly.
