We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Finance and Administration team on a Fixed Term Contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, processing, and managing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, process, and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
* Ensure customer queries are addressed promptly and service levels are consistently maintained to a high standard
* Coordinate with the transport team to ensure timely scheduling and dispatch of customer deliveries
* Liaise with internal production teams to ensure adequate inventories are held to meet customer needs
* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the sales and invoicing cycle is completed accurately and on schedule
Requirements:
* Strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering results efficiently
* Experience in dealing with customers and interdepartmental teams
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with finance or ERP systems is preferred
* Self-motivated with sound numeric, written and verbal communication skills
* Able to work independently or within a team environment
