JAG is excited to announce the opening of a brand-new boutique in Byron Bay, and we're seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Part Time Sales Assistant to become a vital part of our team.
Working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and upholding the highest standards of store presentation.

Customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
A natural brand ambassador with the ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships.
A strong passion for fashion, styling, and current industry trends.

Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Impeccable personal presentation.
Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.

Deliver exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions.
Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets.
Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrications, and personal styling to enhance the customer experience.
Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers.
Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.
