Care Worker – At Home Services

About the role
As a Permanent Part-time Care Worker supporting clients in the Gosford, Tuggerah and surrounding areas, you will be part of our BaptistCare At Home team that provides quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes.
You may assist with tasks such as household cleaning, laundry, showering, grooming, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance, and transport.
You will develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.
What do we need from you?
* Availability to start from 7:00am - 7:30am on weekdays, with flexible finish times.
* An unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients.
* Strong communication skills, resilience, and patience.
* Proficiency with smartphone technology, apps, and email.
* A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, or undertaking Undergraduate Registered Nurse training (advantageous).

* Comprehensive orientation program including buddy shifts.

* Hourly pay of $32.25 - $32.67 plus superannuation, paid travel time, and mileage between clients.
