Work Planning Specialist
This role is responsible for coordinating and publishing daily/weekly work schedules for priority activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance or works scheduling within facilities management, asset management, or logistics environments.
To be successful in this position, you will need to allocate resources, trades, and subcontractors efficiently, ensuring that urgent works and unplanned tasks are integrated into schedules with minimal disruption. Accurate entry, update, and closure of work orders in PAS systems (e.g., SAP, GEMS, CMMS) is also essential.
You will work closely with the PAS Manager, Supervisors, subcontractors, and Defence representatives to confirm work readiness. Key skills required include project management, time management, and effective communication.
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes are essential for success in this role. Additionally, a Certificate III in Business or Logistics (mandatory) is required.
