* Scheduling and facilitating proposal reviews
* Contributing to the planning and development of proposals
* Liaising with functional departments and attending meetings to collect information
* Facilitating meetings to consider cost, schedule, and technical elements
* Reviewing proposals for appropriateness of content and alignment between scope and requirements
