Forty Winks' is seeking Retail Sales Consultants for Casual roles in our dynamic Sales Teams in the Beckenham/Cannington area.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the overall success of our retail store.
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the broader retail operations.What you'll be doingProviding exceptional customer service by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutionsAssisting with the presentation and merchandising of the store to create an inviting and visually appealing shopping environmentProcessing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and stock managementMaintaining a thorough knowledge of our product range and being able to effectively communicate the features and benefits to customersSupporting the store team with daily operational tasks, such as restocking, housekeeping, and administrative dutiesAdhering to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standardsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the home furnishings or lifestyle industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional serviceA genuine passion for the retail industry and a keen interest in home furnishings and interior design trendsExcellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentationFlexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as requiredA positive, enthusiastic, and teamwork-oriented attitudeWhat we offerAt Forty Winks', we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
